Low price is Benefit or Suicide?

Every summer time is uncomfortable and nervous time for kitchen appliance raw material and parts factories and suppliers. It is low season time for sales and peak season time for factories bankrupt or closing. What is worse, the owner of factories run away without any news, just leave an worthless factory and numbers creditor from its supply chain. it happens 4-5 cases already in Zhongshan/ Shunde area from June of 2018 till now.


Most of these failure cases are with similar marketing behavior----lower price than market standard price. It surely can get more orders from dealers and clients, especially in time of wide spreading product homogenization. As a result, the factory's production volume boost by 2/3 times in short time. And, their raw material or parts suppliers also increases a lot on supply. However, is it profitable for such lower price? Obviously, No. Sometimes, it even could not cover the raw material cost. So, what is the purpose of such low price behavior? There is one thing, most of raw material or parts suppliers get the payment after 3 months. But, when they come to bank to get money with the check from factory owners, they got no money as the owner no any money in bank and run away already. By this moment, people realize the terrible purpose behind such low price behavior.Beside the loss to the raw material and parts suppliers, there is also risk and loss on the buyer, especially the oversea buyer. There was case in 2017. One customer from Algeria deposited more than 200 thousand US Dollar to one factory in Zhongshan. After short time, this factory bankrupted and caught in jail. And, the customer lost these $200 thousand directly. Even in case of getting ordered cargo, is it safe for buyer? Unfortunately, the buyer would need to face the after-sales service or quality problem by himself.
